- There are no cash refunds.

- If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, you must contact our customer service department at 1-847-543-0051 (M-F 9am-4pm CST) within 5 business days of receipt of the order and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

- Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA shown on the outside of the package being returned.

- All items being returned must be returned within 5 business days of receipt of the RMA number.

- There are no cash refunds. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for good merchandise of equal value only. Other items may be exchanged for same-item only. Exchanged items must be in “as-new” condition (not worn or washed), in original packaging.

-Customers are responsible for all freight charges on returns and exchanges.



Shipping Information:

International Customers: We specialize in shipping to locations around the globe. Orders shipping outside the U.S. must ignore the shipping charges listed in the shopping cart. Actual shipping charges for International orders will be manually added with a second charge at time of shipment.
